Gran Via de Vigo is a shopping centre located in Vigo’s downtown, in the northwestern part of Spain. It has 40.528 sqm of GLA and a built area of 119,347 sqm anchored by a Carrefour hypermarket, with a total of 133 units spread over 3 retail floors, with an additional 3 underground parking floors with 1850 free parking places.

Gran Via de Vigo is served by a convenient transport infrastructure, either  by car or public transportation (Buses:C3, C7, L11, L13, C15 and L29). With an occupancy rate of 96,5%, it has a mix of well recognized international and domestic tenants such as Inditex group, H&M, Sfera,  C&A and multiscreen complex cinema, on institutional  long-term rental contracts with annual indexation to the CPI. Gran Via de Vigo was developed by ING Real Estate Development with high-quality, low maintenance materials and opened in May 2006. The asset has been managed ever since by Auxideico,(member of ECE) and has become as from the opening the largest and undisputed dominant prime shopping centre within its catchment area. The licensing process of Gran Via is for the time being incomplete as although the asset has the comemrcial license, the construction license is pending due to administrative issues which are expected to be finalised soon (prior to the sale).
